Eco Terrazzo is a completely natural material perfectly in line with the requirements of green building, with zero VOC emissions, allowing the creation of Venetian terrazzo floors with low thickness (minimum 5 mm) without demolishing existing flooring. Unlike cement binders, it does not shrink nor crack, and considerably reduces working times. Unlike epoxy, Eco Terrazzo has a natural and authentic composition and appearance, facilitates tool cleaning, does not create polluting sludge, and allows mixing even with wet aggregates. Eco Terrazzo is an antibacterial, antistatic material with fire-retardant properties that reaches hardness levels 6 times higher than those of cement-based Terrazzo.

DESCRIPTION
Eco Terrazzo is a plaster for decorative seamless floorings that provides a completely eco-friendly, 0-VOC alternative to Portland cement. It can be used alone or mixed with aggregates to create stunning Terrazzo floors with thicknesses from 5mm to 2 cm, according to the maximum size of the chosen marble chips.
The two-component product is made from an innovative mineral binder naturally found in nature, and results in a smooth paste that is highly adaptable and can be mixed with various aggregates, such as marble or glass. The dried material has an authentic, natural appearance. The base has a white colour with an ivory hue and can be tinted with colourant pigments or marble powders to achieve the desired shade.
Eco Terrazzo is unique for its complete mineral composition, high mechanical strength (6 times stronger than cement-based Terrazzo), and natural antistatic and antibacterial properties, making it an excellent option for seamless interior floorings. Suitable for high-traffic commercial areas or residential ones, Eco Terrazzo is not recommended for outdoor use as it cannot tolerate rising humidity.
Eco Terrazzo does not shrink as it cures and offers impressive flexibility. These two characteristics prevent any risk of cracking. The application process is straightforward, requiring just a single coat, and reaches completion in mere 36 hours. Tools are easy to clean.
